Stephanie Blount

Born into a family of real estate investors, Stephanie has been excited about real estate since she helped flip houses as a kid, but took the long route when turning her passion into her profession. Stephanie’s interest in advocating for clients initially led her to nursing school, after which she spent years as an Operating Room Nurse in the greater Nashville area.

After nearly 10 years in the Nashville area, Stephanie realized that she wanted a career that was more connected to her beloved city. When purchasing her current Murfreesboro home, she found that she wasn’t ready to let go of the experience. She was hooked on real estate, and there was no turning back.

Stephanie feels fortunate to have discovered, through the peers and mentors who guided her, a distinct way of working in real estate that aligns with her personal and professional values; working not only to buy and sell real estate but to build longstanding relationships with all of her clients. She focuses on each client’s unique needs and helps with real estate issues or questions wherever and whenever they arise.

When she’s not in the office, you can find Stephanie on a nature trail, trying new restaurants or simply enjoying life with her husband, Jeremy, and their adorable pups, Prim and Gus.
