Shannon Kelley-Curry

A licensed real estate broker in three states—Arkansas, Missouri, and Tennessee—Shannon’s career spans a diverse and successful path. Her passion for real estate began while working in corporate real estate at Walmart for over seven years in Strategic Research and Planning. Transitioning to residential real estate, Shannon excelled in presales, working out of model homes and helping customers select interior finishes for their newly constructed homes.

After living in Arkansas for 13 years, Shannon moved to Springfield, MO, where she partnered with a home remodeler to buy and flip homes, utilizing her keen eye for location and property value. Her love for real estate remains strong today, as she continues to navigate both the residential market and her entrepreneurial ventures.

In addition to her real estate work, Shannon owns Nash Pink Ride, a transportation company offering safe rides for women, driven by women, though men are welcome too. The business has allowed her to connect with a wide range of wonderful customers, blending her customer service experience with her real estate knowledge. Shannon’s future goals include combining her love of real estate with her transportation business, further enhancing her service offerings in the Franklin community.
