Percy Blade is an English & Spanish speaking business owner and REALTOR® with, Nashville Realty Group, LLC. As the founder of the online fitness coaching company, Percy Blade Co., LLC, he has had the opportunity to work closely with people who are striving to make a healthy lifestyle change. His passion for serving others and caring for their needs is what drove him to start his own company. So, whether it’s buying, selling, or investing, Percy brings that same passion into real estate.

He is very knowledgeable of the Middle Tennessee area, and prioritizes the needs and wants of each person he works with. Percy grew up in Louisville, Kentucky before graduating from Trevecca University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. He and his wife reside in Nashville, Tennessee, and consider this their home for years to come.
