Ngan Tsutsumi

Ngan Tsutsumi knows the importance of finding your home. She was born in Vietnam and spent a few years of her childhood in refugee camps in Malaysia and the Philippines before her family made their home in Garden City, KS. Since then, she’s lived in Chicago and Japan before finally sinking her roots down in Franklin, TN for the past 8 years with her husband and four children. She can’t imagine raising her family anywhere else.

Ngan understands that your home is always people, but it’s also a place, and she has a passion for helping families find their place. She has an intimate knowledge of the Nashville, Brentwood, Nolensville, Cool Springs, Franklin, Spring Hill, and Murfreesboro areas particularly with regard to entertainment, dining, and family activities. Every family is different and Ngan believes in listening closely to her clients' needs to help them find the perfect home.
