Debbie Matthews

Debbie Matthews grew up in the wonderful small town of Columbia Tennessee. After graduating from Nashville’s distinguished David Lipscomb University, Debbie was in marketing for Piedmont Airlines and USAirways. Although she loved traveling the world, she couldn’t wait to get back to what she considers the most beautiful place on earth, Middle Tennessee. Having served as a City Councilman, a Municipal Planning commissioner and a representative for the Historic districts of Columbia, TN, Debbie is well versed in Homes, Neighborhoods, development, and schools. She wants to share her love of her home state with others to help them find that just right place, to raise a family, open a business, or develop a dream. From Luxury Listings to land, she can handle it all.

Debbie and her husband Jason, who is a pro-songwriter, also own a music publishing company in Nashville. They live in the historic downtown of Columbia with their dogs. They are also very involved in Tennessee with dog rescue work. They consider Nashville, Columbia and Franklin their true backyards as their lives are full of all things Tennessee. “There is no greater honor than to help find someone a home…” she always says. “To be trusted with that job, is no greater privilege.”
