Nathan grew up in Fayetteville, which is in Lincoln County in southern middle Tennessee. After graduating from high school, Nathan moved to Nashville to attend Lipscomb University. He met his wife in college and the two grew roots here in Music City.
After a couple of random jobs, Nathan found his career home at Dave Ramsey’s office in Cool Springs. For the next 11 years, Nathan worked his way up from packing boxes of books to a member of the top sales team Dave Ramsey’s company. This is where he was introduced to real estate and he grew his client list to 500 nationwide. these agents were the top of their market. So you could say, Nathan was trained by some of the best real estate agents in the entire country.
In September of 2013, Nathan decided to leave Ramsey to become a real estate agent himself. He was licensed in February of 2014 and in May of that year had three closings. He went on to close 13 homes in his rookie year, selling over 3 million in real estate. Nathan’s career has only grown from there.
On a personal note, Nathan and his wife Laura are house parents at the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home. Nathan & Laura live in a boy’s only house on the campus and have 5 boys in theirs care plus their own daughter. In the two years they have served as house parents, there has been 19 boys and girls come through their doors.
